Had been struggling for a while with a sore neck, the physio has been brilliant sorted out the problem quickly, I now also have a set of exercises to remedy any further problems, excellent treatment thanks.

What a friendly business this is, but more importantly, is just how good they are. I arrived with stiffness and pain in my neck and suffering with dizzy spells. After an in-depth interview, a range of exercises were designed for me, and emailed to me as a reminder. Then wonderful massages that really untied the knots in my neck and upper back. I can’t recommend Glossop Physio highly enough! Each member of the team I have met has been warm, friendly and approachable. The treatment sessions I have had with John, Elyse and Heather have been thorough, very effective and informative and the subsequent treatment plans have been clearly explained to me. The accompanying physio App, with built in reminders, has exercises which are adapted as your rehab progresses and encourages you to build your exercises into your daily routine. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

john and his team were excellent. From the initial diagnosis to discharge, they were supportive and had me back running in no time at all, I would highly recommend seeing them to anybody. I will be back for a sports massage soon.

I visited Elyse for several weeks after pulling some muscles in my neck. She was fantastic. Elyse was knowledgeable and great at explaining what had happened and how we were going to sort it out. At the beginning of May this year I began a long and horrific journey of severe back pain which due to re-injury after a fall at the beginning of June has now led to bilateral sciatica. I have gone from dr to dr trying to get the bottom of it and finally booked an appointment with Elyse which I attended yesterday. I cannot thank her enough for the time, knowledge and advice she gave to me. I felt listened to and validated and now feel confident that I know what I need to do going forward in order to get myself better. I have also spoken with John and he is so friendly and knowledgeable too, just a brilliant clinic. I am looking forward to coming back soon for treatment once I get an MRI scan.
