Back pain is one of the most common things we help people within the clinic. The first thing most people want to know is why they have the pain and why it’s not getting better.
Often when we see people, they haven’t yet had the good input they need. Many people get stuck on the “why” and never get enough focus on “how”. We’ll help coach you how to feel better.
We’ll help get you moving in a less rigid way and get your body’s natural movements back. The good news is that it’s rare for anyone to need back surgery now.
You’ll get tools from us to help you manage your back, and you’ll have those tools if you ever need them again.
We do hours of CPD with all our physios every week, so we have the most up-to-date ways to get you back doing the activities you love. If we can get you better, we will.
