Benefits

Reduce tension and pain
Professional physiotherapists are trained to identify and target the root causes of pain. Through specialized techniques, such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, they can effectively reduce chronic pain, alleviate muscle tension, and relieve conditions like sciatica, arthritis, migraines, ankle pain and more.

Improves circulation and movement
Regular physiotherapy massages can enhance joint mobility and muscle flexibility. By stretching tight muscles and promoting better blood flow, these massages help in maintaining or regaining a full range of motion, which is particularly beneficial for individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries

Help prevent muscle tension that can lead to pain and injury
Regular sessions with a physiotherapist can help identify muscle imbalances, tension points, and areas of weakness that may predispose you to injuries. By addressing these issues proactively, physiotherapy massages can reduce the risk of sports injuries and improve athletic performance.
FAQ
What should I wear
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that is easy for you to remove, and pop back on after your session. If you are having your legs massaged, please bring shorts. But if you forget we have lots of shorts in the clinic.
Hydration
A good rule of thumb is to drink 500ml an hour before your massage session. And 500ml in the hour after your massage session.
Oil or wax Massage medium
We have both oil and wax. We can suggest as to which is best for you on the chat we have before your massage. Oil is great for massage which focuses on longer relaxing techniques. Massage wax is a slight bit grippy and is amazing at loosening of around tight areas like if you’re having nagging neck tightness. For a deeper muscle melting massage.
